Faith Formation Calendar 2025-2026
2025-26 Faith Formation Classes
Classes are held at at the St. Conrad campus - 125 Buttercup Road, Butler, PA 16001 - beginning September 7, 2025.
Class Time Options
- Sunday morning 9:45am – 11:15am. Families can attend Mass before or after Faith Formation classes. Sunday Masses at St. Conrad are 8:30 am and 11:30 am.
- Monday evening 5:45pm – 7:15pm.
All Saints Parish offers three options for Faith Formation for ages 3 through 8th grade.
- Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Level 1 for ages 3-5 is a Montessori faith formation model that takes place in a specially prepared environment, called an atrium, designed to present the teachings of our faith to children in a developmentally appropriate, hands-on way, rooted in Sacred Scripture and Liturgy.   All Kindergarten children in the All Saints Parish Faith Formation program will have Catechesis of the Good Shepherd for this coming school year. CGS Level I includes preschoolers and Kindergarten children in the same sessions.
- Traditional Catechesis for grades 1-8 We use Our Sunday Visitor’s Alive in Christ series as our primary resource. Volunteers from our parish are the catechists for our Faith Formation classes.
- Homeschooling for non-sacramental years* is a great opportunity for parents and children to develop their relationship with God within their own family. Parents become the primary educators of our faith when their child is born and baptized. Student(s) work at home with their parents as primary teachers. We provide the student text book and instructions for online assessments. The Alive in Christ website offers home session plans to assist parents with the instruction of their children.
  
  *NOTE: Traditional Catechesis classes are required for second and eighth grades as we prepare the students for First Communion and Confirmation, respectively.
Parents are welcome to join our team of volunteer catechists.
