
As part of the country's 250th anniversary, Butler will be celebrating with Steeples and Stacks Heritage Weekend - inspired by the photography of Ben Hughes - between Friday, July 10, and Saturday, July 11, bringing together artists, creators, performers, and community to honor yesterday, experience today, and imagine tomorrow.
This event will be focused on Main Street (Jefferson to Brady), North Street (Washington to McKean), and Locust Street (Washington to McKean).
One of the events planned by event organizers for Friday, July 10, is an outdoor dinner - at ticketed event. If you plan on attending, please visit the Butler Cultural District's website.
Participating churches of the Community Meal - which includes All Saints Parish - are being asked to donate cookies to this event for a traditional Pennsylvania-style cookie table. If you would like to donate cookies on behalf of All Saints Parish, please see the Sign Up Genius link here.
You will see that All Saints is asked to fill 9 slots on the Butler Area Community Meal’s Sign-Up Genius link - each slot equals two dozen cookies. Upon signing up, please indicate the types of cookies you will donate upon sign up. (Please no cupcakes, or cookies that require refrigeration.
Cookie drop - off will be at Natili Pizza Shop - at the corner of Main Street and W. North Street - in Butler, on Thursday, July 9, between 4pm - 7pm.
